Qila AI

01Platform

The whole stack, provisioned and run for you.

Compute, models, controls and the workspace, as one managed service. Your team uses it. Ours runs it.

01What we run

Four layers. Qila runs all of them.

Select a layer to see what Qila does and what is left for you.

Layer 04

Employee workspace

Qila does

  • Build and brand the workspace
  • Connect approved documents
  • Onboard and train staff

You do

  • Use it. No provider keys, no personal subscriptions
  • Branded workspace
  • Source citations
  • Chat · documents · knowledge · code
02What you receive

Two screens. One for staff, one for you.

Staff get a workspace that answers from approved documents and cites them. You get the controls and the bill.

What is our SOP for a dangerous-goods booking when the shipper has no MSDS?

Do not confirm the booking. Request the MSDS and the DG declaration from the shipper, then route to the DG desk for classification. Bookings without both documents are held at stage 2.

Build internal agents and automated processes on the same models and controls.

  • 06

    Access by role and department

Who may use what, and how much each team may spend.

  • 07

By department or employee, in rupees, every month.

  • 08

    Model routing

Cheaper model for routine work, stronger model when needed.

Provisioning, monitoring, updates, onboarding, cost reviews.

03How a pilot runs

A working pilot in two to four weeks.

One team, one workflow, real documents, and a measured cost per task before you decide anything larger.

  1. 01Week 1

    Choose the workflow

Documents, users, expected output, and what the assistant must not touch.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Provision and configure

Compute provisioned, model deployed, one team's workspace connected to its documents.

  3. 03Week 2

    Set access and budgets

You approve users, models, the department cap and the history policy.

  4. 04Weeks 3–4

    Run it on real work

The team uses it on the agreed workflow. We log failures, cost and feedback.

  5. 05Monthly

    Review and decide

Usage and cost report, issues found, and a recommendation: stop, adjust or expand.
